Marking their 40th anniversary, Blondie returns with Blondie 4(0) Ever, a brand new two-disc release featuring a re-recorded compilation of their best known songs entitled Greatest Hits: Deluxe Redux along with their tenth studio album, Ghosts of Download. In anticipation of its May 13th release date, it’s streaming in full below (via Rolling Stone).

Their first album in three years, Ghosts of Download was recorded at New York’s Mercy Sound Studios. The follow-up to 2011’s Panic of Girls, the forthcoming features a cover of Frankie Goes to Hollywood’s “Relax” in addition 12 brand new songs. It also contains previously heard singles “A Rose By Any Name”, which features Gossip’s Beth Ditto, opener “Sugar on the Side”, and “I Want to Drag You Around”.

As for the greatest hits album, Debbie Harry explained the recording process in an interview with Rolling Stone: “The live versions changed over the years, so it was interesting to go back and listen to the originals. I was sort of impressed by some of them, the musicality of them. I was proud that they didn’t sound like ancient history – just history.”
