Pixar’s Finding Dory is out today, and it’s pretty damn good. Burger Fiction took the opportunity to look back at the history of the beloved animation studio’s groundbreaking work from 1984 to the present.

Represented chronologically are the films that put Pixar on the map (Toy Story), as well as the shorts most of us didn’t see (One Man Band), and some of the early work from before it was a household name (Luxo Jr.). And then there’s Cars 2. We don’t talk about Cars 2.

Besides some of the really early stuff, what’s amazing is how well it’s all held up. The same can hardly be said of early 2000s action movie CG.
