A British widower has created a heart-shaped woodland in tribute to his late wife.

Farmer Winston Howes started creating the meadow decades ago when his wife, Janet, passed away, according to local media.

Howes planted thousands of oak trees in one of the fields on his farm in Wickwar, southwest England, with the point of the heart facing towards his wife's childhood home.
